Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy (Moderate)
In the event of a reservation cancellation prior to arrival, the following refund conditions apply:
Full Refund: You can cancel your reservation without any penalty and receive a full refund, provided the request is made at least 5 days before the scheduled check-in date.
Partial Refund: For cancellations made within 5 days of the check-in date, a penalty fee will be retained, and you will be entitled to a partial refund of the amount paid.
2. Early Departure / Interruption of Stay
In case of cancellation or voluntary interruption of a stay already in progress, the guest is required to pay the full amount of the booked stay. Therefore, no refunds or price reductions are provided for early departures.
3. No-Show
In the event of a failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the reservation will be canceled and the full amount of the stay will be charged.
